Miss Venezuela crowned top beauty (Miss Universe)
In a surprising turn of events, Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez, was crowned Miss Universe 2009 on Sunday night in Nassau, Bahamas. marking the first back-to-back wins for the same country in the history of Miss Universe.
18-year old Fernandez, who had been criticized for her “off” styling during the 3 weeks of the contest, struggled to maintain the legacy of Venezuelan beauty. Venezuela has produced five previous Miss Universe winners in 1979, 1981, 1986, 1996 and 2008. Miss Dominican Republic Ada Aimee De la Cruz, was first runner up.

Megan Fox, all set to do a Girl on Girl Act
The 23 year old Hollywood Bombshell Megan Fox was heard to have said that she will be doing a girl-on-girl kiss in her forthcoming movie "Jennifer’s Body". In the movie Megan plays a character of a back-from-the-dead cheerleader turned fatal maneater, who kills and eats her classmates.
"And beyond that, before every kill there is a seduction that occurs”,Megan said, who loves the film, because “it’s so unapologetic and inappropriate”. She insists it was a challenging role because there weren’t many special-effects. She also stated, “There are no robots to distract people from whatever performance I give, so if it’s terrible you will know about it within no time. But the character was full of fun. I felt I was being able to make fun of my own image. That, of course, is very irritating, but I think the character was so much fun for me. And I wasn’t really sure what I was doing. I was just trying to have fun with it. So absolutely donot forget to watch out for sexy lady Megan Fox in the movie Jennifer’s Body. ;)

The Hannah Montana star has been continuously denying that she is romancing and dating Hemsworth, the Australian star,who played the role of her love interest in their upcoming movie The Last Song, which has been shooting in Savannah, Georgia this summer (09)
But rumours about their relationship are heating up after the 16 year old was caught kissing Hemsworth after dropping him off at Nashville International Airport in Tennessee on Wednesday (19Aug09)according to the reports of the New York Daily News.
